PUF Tile Panels are premium-quality insulated roofing panels manufactured to combine traditional tile-style aesthetics with modern thermal insulation technology. The panels consist of durable PPGL metal sheets bonded to a rigid polyurethane foam core, creating a lightweight yet strong roofing solution. Their attractive tile profile makes them suitable for projects where visual appearance, insulation performance and structural durability are equally important.

The outer PPGL sheet is available in thicknesses of 0.40 mm, 0.45 mm and 0.50 mm, while the bottom metal sheet has a thickness of 0.35 mm. The sheets are manufactured using high-quality materials from reputed brands such as JSW, TATA BSL and TATA. An AZ 150 aluminium-zinc coating helps improve resistance to corrosion, moisture and changing weather conditions. The surface is finished with RMP or UDP paint and a top coating thickness of approximately 20 to 25 microns for enhanced durability and colour retention.

The rigid PUF insulation core has a density of 40 ± 2 kg/m³ and a closed-cell content of approximately 90–95%. This closed-cell construction helps reduce heat transfer, moisture penetration and water absorption. With thermal conductivity as low as 0.023 W/mK, PUF Tile Panels help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures and reduce the load on heating and cooling systems. Their maximum water absorption is approximately 0.2% by volume at 100% relative humidity.

PUF Tile Panels are available in roof insulation thicknesses of 30 mm and 50 mm. Depending on project requirements, wall panel thicknesses of 50 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm are also available. The panels offer reliable performance across a wide temperature range and have a tensile strength of approximately 330 MPa.
